Please read before ordering, our cushions are made to your measurements.

Made-to-measure items

Everything we sell is made to order, to the size, shape, fabric and fill you specify. We don't hold stock and we don't sell standard sizes.

Because these goods are made to your specification or clearly personalised, the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply (regulation 28). We can't refund or exchange an order simply because you change your mind, or because the size you gave us turns out to be wrong.

Please measure carefully and use our measuring guide. If you're unsure, contact us before you order. You can also add our optional Fit Guarantee, a goodwill scheme that covers an honest measuring mistake.

Changing or cancelling your order

Orders go into production the morning after they're placed. You can change or cancel free of charge any time before 8am on the next working day, just email tom@cushionfit.co.uk with your order number.

After that, production has started and we can't cancel or amend.

If something is wrong with your order

Your statutory rights are unaffected. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If your cushions arrive faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund, and we'll cover return postage.

Contact us at tom@cushionfit.co.uk with your order number and a few photos. Get in touch as soon as you can, ideally within 30 days of delivery, as that's the window for the short-term right to reject and receive a full refund. Your right to a repair or replacement lasts longer than that, so please contact us whenever a problem comes to light.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, we'll refund to your original payment method within 14 days of agreeing it.

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.
