Fit Guarantee
The Fit Guarantee is an optional, paid add-on. It's a goodwill scheme that covers an honest measuring mistake, it does not affect your statutory rights.

What it covers
If you added the Fit Guarantee at checkout and your cushion doesn't fit the furniture you measured for because of a sizing error, we'll remake it once, free of charge, in the same fabric, fill and options you originally chose.
How to claim
Email tom@cushionfit.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with:
- your order number,
- photos of the cushion on the furniture,
- a photo of the furniture with a tape measure across it, and
- the measurements of the furniture and of the cushion as received.
We'll confirm the remake and the corrected measurements with you before we make it.
Returning the original cushion
You don't need to send the original back. Your photos and measurements are all we need to process the claim.
Conditions
- One remake per cushion, on a guaranteed order.
- The remake corrects size and fit only, it's not a change of fabric, colour, shape or style. That's a new order.
- A small manufacturing tolerance of ±1cm is normal and not a fault.
- The Fit Guarantee applies to cushions made from measurements you provide. It does not apply to orders made from a template or pattern you supply, as the shape in that case is set by your template rather than by measurements we can check and correct with you.
What it doesn't cover
Change of mind, change of fabric, colour or style, damage, misuse or normal wear, and anything within the manufacturing tolerance above.
Your statutory rights
The Fit Guarantee is in addition to your legal rights. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you're covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regardless of whether you bought the Fit Guarantee. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
